Shea AI provides AI-powered receptionist services for dental practices, including but not limited to:

• AI call answering
• Appointment scheduling
• Call routing
• Patient communication
• Practice automation
• AI workflow integrations

Services may evolve over time as new features become available.

You must be legally authorized to represent your dental practice or business before purchasing or using Shea AI.

Free consultations are provided without obligation.

Submitting a consultation request does not create a contractual agreement.

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain calendar availability
• Configure practice settings correctly
• Comply with applicable healthcare and privacy laws
• Use Shea AI lawfully

While Shea AI is designed to provide highly accurate responses, AI-generated conversations may occasionally contain errors.

Customers remain responsible for reviewing workflows, appointment settings, emergency protocols, and practice information.

Shea AI is not intended to replace emergency medical services.

Practices are responsible for establishing appropriate emergency call routing and procedures.

Patients experiencing medical emergencies should always contact their local emergency services.

All website content, branding, software, AI workflows, designs, trademarks, logos, and technology remain the property of Shea AI or Shea Legacy FZCO.

No content may be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.

Pricing, subscriptions, implementation fees, and billing terms will be outlined separately within customer agreements or invoices.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

We aim to provide reliable services with high uptime.

However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed due to maintenance, internet outages, third-party services, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shea AI and Shea Legacy FZCO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services during the preceding twelve months.

Use of Shea AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Shea AI. The following disclosures apply to our SMS program:

SMS Program

Shea AI sends SMS messages regarding demo requests, appointment reminders, customer support, and follow-up communication.

Consent

Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Dubai unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
